The following projects are not considered full-scale singular jobs, Secondary Bathrooms, Powder Rooms, Mudrooms, Laundry Rooms, Wet Bars, Wine Cellars, Gyms and Theater Rooms. The first step in the KBF process is the initial phone consultation. If you have any questions that you would like to have answered before the initial phone consultation, please call our office for assistance (703) 777-9474.

In-Home Consultation:

For large-scale remodels such as kitchens, owners bathrooms, basements, additions or any project requiring plans, the process will begin with an in-home consultation. This initial meeting will allow us to get a feel for your project. We will walk through your home, listen to your ideas and explore how you will be using the space. We will also take measurements so we can truly understand the possibilities. Then we will develop design ideas based on your wants and needs.

Showroom Consultation:

For smaller-scale projects such as kid's bathrooms, powder rooms, or basement bathrooms, simply come to one of our design center locations with rough measurements and photos of the room and we will provide you with a preliminary proposal so you know exactly how the remodel aligns with your budget. This will also give you an opportunity to get a sneak peek at some of the latest and greatest products. If you decide to proceed to the next step, then we will come to your home to take exact measurements.
