Proposal Presentation – In Our Design Studio
- Review a preliminary, detailed cost estimate
- Discuss options that may refine scope or investment
- Explore materials and products aligned with your budget expectations
- Share our company background and project approach
Design & Finalize
- In-depth design development—until you fall in love with the new space
- Finalize all details, selections, and specifications
- Present a final fixed-cost contract
- (For new construction or stand-alone buildings, a Cost Plus contract is used)
- Provide a detailed construction schedule
- Submit all required permits
Build & Transform
- Dedicated project management team
- Private client portal with real-time updates, instant communication, & progress photos
- Weekly progress reports outlining accomplishments and upcoming milestones
- Final Quality Assurance Walk (QAW) ensuring every detail meets our standards
