How much do I need to know before contacting KBF?

Does KBF by Audi provide the design?
Yes. Our in-house design team develops the layout, materials, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and specifications for your project while collaborating closely with our production team.
How much should I expect to invest?
Every project is unique. Investment is influenced by the scope of work, existing conditions, layout changes, products, finishes, and level of customization.
We’ll discuss your goals and investment expectations early in the process and establish a realistic investment range as we develop your project.
Will I see a design or rendering during my Proposal Presentation?
The Proposal Presentation is designed to establish the initial investment, project scope, and overall direction for your renovation. At this stage, our focus is on understanding your goals, evaluating the opportunities within your home, and developing a preliminary scope that aligns with your investment expectations.
Detailed layouts, renderings, product selections, and design development take place during the Design & Finalize phase, once the project moves forward into design.
This approach allows our design team to dedicate the time and attention needed to create a thoughtful, highly detailed design tailored specifically to your home.
Who manages my project?
Your dedicated KBF production team manages scheduling, materials, trade coordination, quality, inspections, and day-to-day production.
Your team coordinates the many moving parts of the project, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
How will I stay informed during production?
Communication is an important part of the KBF experience. You’ll have designated points of contact and receive regular updates regarding progress, upcoming work, decisions, and anything requiring your attention through our online client portal and chat.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines are tailored to each home’s scope, design, permitting, product availability, and production requirements.
Your project-specific schedule will be established during the design and pre-production process.
What warranty does KBF by Audi provide?
KBF by Audi provides a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 10-year product warranty, giving you confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of your renovation.
Our commitment continues well beyond project completion. At approximately 12 months and 24 months, a KBF technician returns to review your renovation and complete appropriate workmanship touch-ups as part of your warranty experience.
